What does it mean that applicant does not want to receive feedback?

In the application form, a candidate can uncheck the tickbox "I'm open to receiving feedback on my application". By default, the option is checked as we recommend giving and receiving feedback to learn from the past recruitment processes.

The note that you can see on the “Candidate” view above the “Feedback” tab just indicates that the candidate doesn’t want to receive personalized feedback (see the picture below). You still should update him/her about the result of the recruitment process to ensure good candidate experience.
