To add a candidate to the Talent Community, go to their profile and click "Talent Community" on the application status bar. Select the community groups you want to add the talent into. If you are the main user of your company, you can also create new groups.
Candidates added to the Talent Community will confirm their willingness to participate in your Talent Community and hear about new open positions. The confirmation happens either in feedback email or via a separate email, depending on whether they had got the feedback before being added to the Talent Community or not.
If the candidate does not want to participate in the Talent Community, they will be removed automatically and their data will be removed after reaching expiration period end.
Candidates that want to participate in the Talent Community get a new timeline event saying they have been confirmed, adding that their data will be stored until they decide to remove it.
Talent Community confirmations are always sent, changing the settings is not allowed:
