Video interview step provided by RecRight can be added to the recruitment process flow for an additional cost. Contact email@example.com if you are interested. Once the video plug-in has been set up by TalentAdore, registration of each new user is required before using the service. Sign up here: https://www.recright.com/admin/en/register
An invitation message with a link to the login page is sent to your email immediately after registration. Complete the registration and return to TalentAdore Virtual Recruitment Assistant. A video interview can be added to a position by going to "Positions" and selecting “Add video interview”. Interview questions and settings can be edited from the same "Positions" view by all collaborators involved in the recruitment process.
A pop-up window appears and asks to confirm terms and conditions each time a new video interview is added to a position. Fill in all necessary information, add a background image and record videos at RecRight. If you need help, take a look at the following videos:

- Recording a high-quality video question: https://vimeo.com/229093345
Once you have recorded and saved all videos, simply return to TalentAdore Virtual Recruitment Assistant and continue handling the recruitment process as usual. You can invite a candidate to the interview by moving him or her to “Video interview” stage in the recruitment flow. Do not invite candidates directly from the RecRigh platform or via public interview link, because the recorder’s answers will not synchronise with TalentAdore Virtual Recruitment Assistant.
When done, a pop-up window notifies the user that an automatic invitation will be sent to the candidate. Once you confirm, the action cannot be undone. The sent invitation message can be opened and reviewed from the timeline.
RecRight page opens when a candidate clicks on the link provided in the invitation message.
Submitted answers can be seen by clicking at “Video interview” in multi-view of candidate’s profile (next to CV and application letter). Review interviews and leave comments in Notes. Remember, you can @-mention your colleagues involved in the recruitment process if you want them to receive the notification about the note you have left.
