The only way to learn more about your organization’s candidate experience is to collect feedback from your candidates. Fortunately, it is very easy in TalentAdore. In this guide we explain how you can collect and follow real-time candidate experience.
You can include a candidate experience rating question at the end of every feedback (i.e. rejection) message. Candidates are able to evaluate the recruitment process by selecting 1 - 5 hearts: 1 heart stands for a very bad experience and 5 hearts stands for a very good experience. Candidates can also leave open feedback about the process. Their feedback is anonymous.
To enable the candidate experience rating, go to “Feedback” section in "User preferences”. Make sure that the checkbox "Add ‘Rate this recruitment process’ controls" is checked as illustrated in the picture below.
You can follow the development of the candidate experience in real-time on your “Stats” page. Click “Talent Feedback” to download an Excel file containing detailed information about your organization’s candidate experience.
