The only way to know if your candidate experience is good is to ask about it from your candidates. Fortunately, this is easy in TalentAdore VRA. At the end of the feedback sent to each rejected candidate at the end of the recruitment process, you can include heart rating scale for the candidate to rate your recruiting process. After they have given their rating, they can give written feedback as well. You can see the results in real time on your “Statistics” page.
First, check that your settings have heart rating enabled. Go to "Settings" > "Feedback Settings". Check that the textbox "Add 'Rate this recruitment process' controls" is selected:
When sending feedback, you can see the rating controls at the end of the message. If you don't see them, check that your settings are correct and try to regenerate feedback.
The candidate can click the hearts depending on their experience: 1 heart is the worst, 5 hearts is the best experience.
