Evaluating candidates, writing notes about them and sharing candidate profiles with your colleagues are important things in recruiting. Fortunately, it is really easy in “Candidate” view.
Our evaluation form consists of a set of areas you can evaluate: e.g. motivation, general competencies, work experience, education, language skills and CV clarity. For each position the evaluation form will be extended with skills listed in the job advertisement:
If you had checked some of the skills to be must-have, they will be separated from the nice-to-haves in the evaluation form. That helps you to compare the candidates to the dream profile you were looking for in the job advertisement. Evaluating the items in the Must have requirements and Other requirements section only serves as a note and won't affect the feedback letter.
Click the hearts to evaluate a candidate. The right-hand side heart represents a strength, while the left-hand side broken heart represents a weakness. You do not have to evaluate all aspects, but usually, the feedback is best if you evaluate at least couple of weaknesses and strengths. You can add more features in the company's features section on the bottom of the form by clicking "Add new feature". There, you can provide sentences you want to be included in the feedback if that feature is rated:
Every user in your company with access to those candidates can change the evaluation. You can leave internal notes to tell more about your notions about the candidate. You can also give an overall rating of the application on a scale from 1 to 5 by clicking the bigger hearts on top of the evaluation form. In the overview, you can see how your colleagues have rated the talent. Ratings will also appear in the activities.
