TalentAdore’s solution generates the first paragraph of the feedback letter based on the skills you have added in the “Requirements” section in “Position edit” view. You are asked to calibrate the feedback in this same view when creating the position. You are asked to calibrate the feedback once per each new position you create.
The first paragraph of each feedback letter tells the candidate what you as a recruiting company were looking for in candidates. If you had listed desired skills in "Requirements section" (see the picture below), a couple of those skills will be chosen to be mentioned in the feedback. It is important to calibrate and proofread the feedback after defining the skills so that all the feedback letters for candidates are grammatically correct. Click the “Calibrate feedback” button.
The skills are represented as editable fields and your task is to check that the feedback text is ok and make changes when necessary. This way you make sure each candidate receives a well-written and personalized feedback without errors.
If you want to personalize the first paragraph of the feedback, you can write it in the text area below. Then only greetings, strengths and weaknesses parts and the ending of the feedback letter will vary among candidates.
