The first paragraph of each feedback letter tells the candidate what you as a recruiting company where looking for in candidates. If you had listed desired skills in job advertisement (in the requirements section), a couple of those skills will be chosen to be mentioned in the feedback. So, when you go first time to create a feedback, you will be prompted to proofread an example status paragraph.
The skills are represented as editable fields and your task is to check that the text is ok and make changes when necessary.
