In this guide we explain how to schedule an interview with the candidate. Sending interview invitations from TalentAdore is easy and you can offer the same time slots for several candidates. When one candidate chooses a certain time slot, the others can’t select it anymore. More guides about the calendar can be found as mentioned below:

When you move the candidate to the “Phone interview” or “Face to face interview” steps, the VRA suggests you to send them an invitation. The message is automatically formed and you see a link to offer interview times. If you don't see the message or the link, click the interview status again.
Click "Offer interview times" and calendar will open. If you had previously added slots to your calendar, they will appear here. You can add new times here by clicking a certain date, or go back to the calendar page and add more time slots from there.
The slots with the light grey background are already offered to somebody else, but you can still offer them to new candidates. If somebody books that time, it will automatically be removed from the other candidates. It's always better to have more slots offered than there are candidates, so everybody has a chance to select at least among a couple of times.
The slots that are inactive are already booked, so you cannot offer them anymore. Please note that also the interview slots with a different purpose will show inactive. This means that when the candidate is on a face-to-face interview step, you can’t offer her a phone interview time, and slots dedicated for that purpose will appear inactive in the calendar.
You can offer individual times by clicking them, or select multiple at once by selecting a period from the "Choose period" drop-down. The slots will first turn yellow when the system checks if they still are free and then turn to dark grey. Finally, after selecting all the times you want to offer, click "Insert link".
The [LINK] placeholder will be replaced with the link where the candidate can select the most suitable time.
When the candidate opens the link, they can choose a time and click "Confirm". If none of the times suits the candidate, they can contact you via email. Both you and the candidate are notified of the booked interview (check that your notifications settings allow this). You will also get an event of the interview on your “Task list” on “Home” page and the confirmed time will be visible on your TalentAdore calendar.
