How does TalentAdore's AI Assistant work?

TalentAdore’s AI Assistant streamlines daily operations by simplifying tasks such as crafting job descriptions and summarising candidate notes as well as documents. With the continuous release of AI-powered capabilities our aim is to ensure talent acquisition specialists can focus on the moments that matter most with your candidates, while enhancing the efficiency of your end-to-end recruitment process.

Note: AI Assistant is currently released as a limited version. If you would like to have it enabled for your environment, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or send a message to [e-mail].

The following features are currently available with AI-Assistant:

Job Description & Translation AI Assistant

With the help of the Job Description AI Assistant you can create an entire job description by just entering the job title in the job ad creation flow. The AI Assistant will generate a suggested job description based on the style and tone of the previously created job ads by your organisation. You will have the possibility to edit and review the suggested text at any point while finalising your job ad before publishing it.

How to create a Job description with the AI Assistant:

1. Click on “+ New position” button on the Home or Positions page
2. Click on the “Blank Job Ad” option
3. Enter the job title
4. Click on the ”Generate with AI” button on top of the job description
5. Choose the correct company profile
6. Click on the “Generate” button

After clicking on the Generate button you will see the job description being auto-typed in the Job description editor.

Please note that if the job title is left empty and you click on the “Generate” button, a job description template will appear that you can edit according to your needs.

How to translate your job description with AI Assistant:

The AI Assistant can also help you create multilingual job ads within seconds. 

To translate your job description just follow the below steps:

1. Click on “+ New position” button from the Home or positions page
2. Click on the “Blank Job Ad” option
3. Enter the job title
4. Enter the Job Description in (either with the help of AI assistant or manually)
5. Click on any other language from the top (multilingual)
6. Click on the “Translate job ad” button above the Job description section

After clicking the button, the translated text will be auto-typed in the Job Description section, which you will be able to edit any time, similarly to creating a job ad in your selected default language.

Notes Summary AI Assistant

Internal notes are a key part of the candidate evaluation as well as to collaborate with your colleagues in the entire recruitment process. The Note Summary AI assistant summarises notes from all stakeholders to key points, structuring them to pros and cons. Notes summary is another powerful way to make your recruitment process quicker and more streamlined.

How to use the Notes Summary AI Assistant:

1. Go to the Applicant view
2. Click on the Notes tab
3. Add some Notes
4. Click on the “Summarize Notes” button under Note tab’s AI summary

Once the user clicks on the “Summarize Notes” button the user will be able to see Note being summarized in keypoint in the form of pros and cons.

Structured Application Summary AI Assistant

Candidate applications contain valuable information, which might be divided into various documents. To get a quick holistic view of the candidate’s experience, skills and competencies the Structured Summary AI assistant helps summarise the information provided in all submitted documents (resume, cover letter, additional questions), dividing the summary into the below 4 sections.

1. General summary of the candidate
2. Work experience
3. Education history
4. Other information

How to create the Application Summary with AI Assistant:

1. Go to the Applicant view
2. Click on the “Overview tab”
3. Click on the “Summarize Documents” button under the Overview tab’s AI summary

Please note that if there are no notes added to the application, an error message will appear saying “Not enough text for a summary”.
