Anonymous recruitment helps reduce unconscious bias by withholding identifiable information of candidates and by promoting fairness in recruitment. For recruiters, it ensures unbiased candidate selection based solely on skills and qualifications. Candidates benefit from a more equitable process, enhancing opportunities for diverse talent to be recognized and considered on merit alone.

How can I anonymise recruitment steps in TalentAdore Hire?
You can enable the anonymisation per recruitment step in any recruitment flow under Company settings -> Recruitment flows.
When editing the recruitment flow, you can enable the anonymisation for the respective step by simply flicking the toggle. If you want to further customise the level of anonymisation, you can click on the button next to the toggle and select the personal data you want to hide from the application details for that step.
How will the data look like when reviewing an anonymous application?
In the Application List/Kanban view or in the Overview page the selected data of the candidate will either be completely hidden or masked in a way that it is not identifiable.
The selected personal information will remain hidden for all collaborators in any candidate messaging, internal evaluation and any other action of the particular recruitment step where anonymisation is enabled.
Please note that in case of anonymous recruitment the application history of the candidate will also be hidden.
