Rescheduling or canceling individual interviews can be done in the “Candidate view”. Read the following instructions too see how rescheduling or canceling the interviews can be done.
Choose “Overview” tab on the left side of the “Candidate view”. Under “Activities” heading, click "Reschedule or cancel".
“Message tab” will be opened with the rescheduling message. Click “Offer interview times”.
A calendar dialogue appears and the time slot confirmed by the candidate appears in red. Interview slots that have been offered to other candidates (but have not been confirmed) appear in light grey. Clicking the red interview slot will effectively cancel the interview. After that, new interview times can be chosen and suggested to the candidate.
Click “Insert link”, and then review and send the message.
Please note that clicking on the red slot causes the interview to be immediately canceled, so if done by mistake, it is recommended to send a new letter, possibly adding more times.
