How do I see if an email is delivered and opened?

It is possible to see whether a candidate has or hasn’t opened a message. Visit the activity timeline in the “Candidate” view to see the history of all actions concerning the application. Among those actions, you can see messages that have been sent to the candidate from TalentAdore. 

There are different titles as the message is sent and read:

1. A message waiting to be sent. You can still edit it by clicking the activity slot.
2. The message is sent and the candidate has read it.
3. The message is sent, but the candidate has not read it yet.
