You can decide whether you want the candidates to get automatic confirmation messages after submitting their applications or not. This can be enabled by admin users in settings. It is highly recommended to have this feature on.
Go to “Status updates” section in “Company settings” and make sure the first checkbox “Send automatic "we received your application”" message” is ticked. You can customize the content of this message on the same page - in “Your own custom messages” part below.
The automatic messages are sent from the email that is defined as “Sending address” on the “About us” section when creating a job ad (see the picture below). Please note that “Sending address” can be one of your verified company profile emails or the email address of the job owner.
If you want to add a new email address from which the automatic verification emails will be sent, go to “Company profiles” section in “Company settings” a new profile with the desired email address. After verifying the address, it will be possible to select it as “Sending address”.
