Users with Admin and Recruiter access rights can open view dedicated for managing TC groups by going to “Talent Community” and clicking on “Manage groups” button placed at the top part of the user interface (see the picture below).
The view provides a comprehensive overview of all your company’s Talent Community groups. Admin users are entitled to create new Talent Community groups either when adding new applicants or talents in Talent Community or by clicking on “New group” in the view illustrated below.
In each row, you can see the total number of people that are in the selected group, the number of confirmed and not confirmed members, the number of people that have come from referrals, and number of people whose membership is expiring soon.
You can open the view that enables Talent Community group sharing by clicking on the group name (see the picture below). Users who by default don’t have access to the Talent Community can be given rights to view certain TC groups. To specify the purpose of sharing the group, you can describe the task that is going to show up on the user’s personal task list on “Home page”.
Several users can be added at the same time as long as you want to assign them the same task. Each time you add new users, “Save” button has to be clicked. Once users have access to the group, they can see “Talent Community” page and all talents in the group. Information that Hiring Managers and Readers can see in “Talent info” view is restricted by their access rights e.g. they can only see applications of positions that they are collaborators of.
Moreover, if you click on a specific number, then you are brought to “Talent Community” page where all corresponding talents are displayed (see the picture below).
Admin users and Recruiters can send messages individually or in batch by checking the boxes on the right side of the screen. Hiring managers and admin users are only allowed to link talents to active recruitments.
The purpose of using TC groups varies between different recruitment teams as they are the most useful when created depending on specific needs.
