By default, rights to manage and share Talent Community (TC) groups are granted to the Admin users and Recruiters. Go to “Talent Community” and click “Manage groups” to open a comprehensive view of all of your organization’s Talent Community groups.
In each row, you can see the total number of people that are in the selected group, the number of confirmed and unconfirmed members, the number of members that are added through referrals, and the number of memberships that are expiring soon. You can also add new Talent Community groups by clicking the “New group” button as illustrated below.
Talent Community group sharing
Click on the specific group name to open the view that enables Talent Community group sharing (see the picture below). You can share specific TC groups to users who by default don’t have access to the Talent Community e.g. hiring managers or readers. To specify the purpose of sharing the group, you can describe the task that is going to show up on the user’s personal task list on “Home page”.
Several users can be added at the same time as long as you want to assign them the same task. Click the “Save” button each time after making changes.
Once users have access to any Talent Community group, they can see the Talent Community page and all talents in that group. Information that Hiring Managers and Readers can see is restricted by their access rights, e.g. they can only see applications of positions that they are collaborators of.
Moreover, if you click on a specific number under “Statistics”, then you can open all corresponding talents, navigate through their profiles and link them to active recruitments.
