Gathering referrals is a good way to activate your contacts and grow your Talent Community. Ask your organization’s stakeholders to refer talents who may be suitable for your recruitment needs. Go to “Talent Community” and click “Referral link” as indicated in the picture below.
Choose those Talent Community groups to which you want to add referred talents. Selecting a group is optional but recommended to save extra efforts later on and make searching easier.
If there are no suitable Talent Community groups, go back to “Talent Community” page, click “Manage groups” and create a “New group”.
After creating and sharing the link, anyone with that link can access your company’s referral page. Referrers are asked to fill in the information concerning themselves and their referees - it is very simple.
Referred talents receive an automatic invitation email,confirming their willingness to be a part of your organization’s Talent Community. If you want to disable the automatic invitation email that is sent to the referred people, please go to “Talent Community” section in “Company settings”. If the talent does not get the invitation to become a member of your Talent Community or do not apply for one of active positions, his or her profile is deleted after the period defined in settings.
Referred talents show up on the right side of the “Home” page under “New referrals” and are visible to those users who have access to Talent Community.
Click on the referred talent to access the Talent info view. Learn more about all actions you can perform from Talent info view here.
When a referred talent applies for a position using the same email she was referred with, you can see a referral sign in the “Candidate” view under the contact information.
