Main users of a company can edit the status updates that will be sent to applicants during the recruitment processes.
Go to "Settings" > "Status updates".
In the “Your own status updates” section you can review the custom messages in each language. With “Add new message” you can create a new custom message in a selected language.
From the status drop-down, select which message you are editing.
You can upload an attachment and re-write the default subject.
For the message you have 2 options:
- Use the automatically generated message but add an additional message there.
- Write the whole message yourself.
If you add only your own additional message, the other parts of the message will be a little bit different on each time the message is generated.
If you write the whole message yourself, the same message is used always. With listed placeholders you can make the message personal. Don't forget to add siganture in this case! With [SIGNATURE] placeholder each user sees their own siganture when the messages are generated.
Click outside of the textarea to update the preview area, and you will see the result.
After you are done, click “Save" and start editing a new message!
