With the TalentAdore VRA, it is super easy to keep candidates up-to-date on the recruitment process with e-mails. Emails can be sent individually from applicant profile or in batch from Applications page.
In the message form, you can choose the sender address from your own or the company's confirmed email addresses. Company email addresses need to be confirmed in Company profile settings before they can be used a sender address, read more here.
The recipient field contains the email of the applicant you are sending the message to. If you are sending an email to individual applicant and change the recipient address in the message form, the applicant's email is automatically updated.
CC is a comma-separated list of emails to which a copy of the email will be sent.
The message's subject is filled in the subject field. You can also use placeholders for a more personal subject. Placeholders are especially useful when sending the same message to multiple candidates at the same time.
All the messages sent to candidates are HTML messages. That means that you can freely edit the look of the content with bold, italics, underline, lists, links, images, font sizes and colours. Also, placeholders are supported, they will be replaced with the relevant content when the message is sent.
In the sending time field, you can define when the message is sent. The message can be edited in the applicant's timeline until it is sent. If you don't set a sending time, the message will be sent right away.
NB. Placeholders like [FIRST_NAME] must not change the style in the middle to work properly. In case it happened, delete the old placeholder and copy-paste a new one.
