You can create different company profiles based on your organization's needs. A profile can be created e.g. for each office location, department or team. To manage company profiles, open section "Company profile" in "Company settings"
You can review and modify already existing profiles by opening them from “Choose profile” dropdown menu. Click on “New profile” to create a new one.
Add your company profile logo, color code, contact information, location, description and social media accounts that will be visible in job ads.
Please note that the company profile email address should be confirmed. An automatic confirmation message is sent as illustrated below.
This confirmation is important for enabling TalentAdore to send messages on behalf of this email. Once the email is confirmed, it can be selected as “Sending address” in positions. If email remains unconfirmed, it can only be shown in job advertisements.
After the profile is ready, it can be selected when creating a new position.
If needed, you can still edit the information to match the needs of the specific recruitment. These edits are applied to this position only.
