Company profiles are managed in "Settings" > "Company profile". In a company profile, you can save the company's contact information and other things that can be shown in the job advertisements. You can create multiple profiles by clicking “New profile”. A profile can be created e.g. for each office location.
When you add a new email in the company profile, a confirmation message is sent to it to confirm that you can use it to send messages. Once the email is confirmed, it appears as an option in the sender field in message forms. Otherwise, it can only be shown in job advertisements.
