Users can modify some feedback-related settings in their “User preferences”. Keep in mind that in TalentAdore we refer to rejection messages as feedback messages. These settings are user-specific, thus, you may want to create organization-wide guidelines to ensure alignment.
Go to “Feedback” section to open the view illustrated below.
Select whether you want to include your organization’s logo in feedback emails or not by ticking “Add company logo”.
"Rate this recruiting process" determines whether the 1-5 heart rating is included in the feedback or not. We suggest having this feature on to collect feedback from the rejected candidates. After selecting 1-5 hearts, candidates are redirected to a web page where they can also leave written feedback. You can see how this happens by clicking the hearts in the preview. Read more about candidates giving feedback here.
Tick “Add service provider text” to let the candidates know that you have used TalentAdore VRA to create the feedback.
“Level of formality” dropdown allows you to choose the formality level of automatically generated feedback. Try it out and select your favourite!
Next, decide the default way to greet your candidates from “Address talents by” dropdown. You can choose from the following options: name, last name, name + last name, no name.
The signature that is visible in the preview, comes from the Signature settings. In case you haven’t added your custom signature, the system generates it by using information from your “User profile”. Remember to click “Save” when you are ready!
