In TalentAdore, the recruitment process is handled with the help of recruitment flows. The admin users are in charge of creating suitable flows that can be used based on your organization’s needs. Note that outcomes such as “Hired”, “Rejected” and “Withdrawn” are not part of the recruitment flow. In the picture below, you can see our built-in recruitment flow.
To create and edit recruitment flows, go to section “Recruitment flows” in “Company settings”. If you want to edit an existing flow, click on the three dots on the right side of the flow and select “Edit”. If you wish to create a new flow, click the “Create flow” button in the upright corner of the page. “Built-in” flow cannot be edited or deleted.
Recruitment steps can be added in any order and then reordered by dragging and dropping them. Click the “Add step“ button to add a new step. You can either select an existing step or create a new one by giving it a name and a status type (see picture below).
Each step has a status type, for instance, “Phone interview”, ”Face to face interview”, “Offer”, “Assignment”, or “Custom”. There can be several steps with the same status type just remember to give them different names. For example, steps “Interview 1“ and “Interview 2“ can have “Face-to-face Interview” status type.
It is recommended to keep the diversity of the steps minimal and reuse existing steps as much as possible. Following this suggestion will make it easy to search for candidates by step. For multilingual organizations, it is possible to translate steps to all system languages, so there is no need to create separate flows and steps for different languages.
When you add a new step, write its default name in the organization’s main work language. If your organization’s users tend to use TalentAdore’s user interface in more than one language - add translations. Select the right language instead of “Default” and type the name. Repeat this action for each language. Remember to click “Create new step” when done.
If necessary, it is possible to remove recruitment steps by clicking on the three vertical dots on the right. After you have made changes, press “Save & Exit“ button as indicated in the picture below.
