How do I @ mention other users in notes?

You can bring other users’ attention to specific notes by adding an @mention. Type “@” and continue with writing the name of the user who you want to notify. A suggestion list of users who have the access to the specific page will appear.

The user that you have @mentioned will see a notification on the top menu. Clicking the notification will take the user directly to the right page. The number in the red bubble indicates the number of notifications that have not been marked as read.

Depending on the user’s personal settings, a notification email will be sent as well. You can enable or disable email notifications by going to “Notifications” section in your personal “User preferences”.
