There are five different access rights that users can have in TalentAdore: admin, recruiter, hiring manager, reader and custom.
- Users with “Admin” rights
- can configure “Company Settings”,
- can view and edit all positions,
- can view and edit all applications,
- have access to “Talent Community” and “Stats” pages.
- Users with “Recruiter” rights
- can view and edit positions in which they are added as collaborators or which they have created,
- can view and edit all applications from positions that they have access to,
- can be granted custom access rights to view, share and evaluate single applications,
- have access to “Talent Community” and “Stats” pages.
- Users with “Hiring manager” rights
- can view and edit positions in which they are added as collaborators or which they have created,
- can view and edit all applications from positions that they have access to,
- can be granted custom access rights to view, share and evaluate single applications.
- Users with “Reader” rights
- can access positions in which they are added as collaborators,
- can view applications from positions that they have access to,
- can be granted custom access rights to view and share single applications.
“Custom” access right permissions can be modified by TalentAdore if none of the other options serves your organization’s needs.
To see your organization’s user access rights, click on the “Settings” icon at the top right corner of the page and choose “Company users” (as illustrated in the picture below).

Scroll down to the bottom of the page to view a “Permissions” table as illustrated in the picture below. The table reflects default system-wide permissions that users with various access rights have, many of them can be customized according to your company needs. Being a collaborator in a specific position can give the user extended access to the position in question. Also, it is possible to grant custom access rights to view, share and evaluate single applications.
