How to manage selected candidates before taking mass actions?

This functionality allows you to double-check and manage your candidate selection before performing any mass actions on “Applications” and “Talent Community” pages. It is like an extra security step that enables you to be 100% sure of which candidates will be affected.

Get started on “Applications” page by checking the boxes on the right side of the screen and selecting candidates.Then , choose an action from the “Mass action bar” (see the picture below).

After clicking on the preferred mass action, an overlay will open as illustrated in the picture below this paragraph. Deselect applications that you do not want to handle before clicking “Continue”. If you prefer to not see deselected applications, click on the “Update table” button at the top right corner.

Click on the candidate´s information to open their application. If you decide that the application should be excluded from mass action, then untick the box on the top right corner (see the picture below).

After you have finished browsing through applications, click “Back to selections” at the top left corner and proceed with intended action. This functionality works in the same way on “Talent Community” page. 

In the example below, we explain how to manage selections first and then choose the mass action. You can use whichever workflow suits you best. 

Go to “Talent Community” page and select candidates, then click on “Manage selections” as illustrated in the picture below. 

After clicking on “Manage selection”, you can deselect applications that you do not want to handle and proceed with the mass action (see the picture below).
