In this guide, we describe the key functionalities of TalentAdore’s mobile version and explain how to open it on your device. The mobile version can be handy for all TalentAdore users, nevertheless, it is designed to especially address hiring manager needs.

There are two ways to open TalentAdore mobile version:
- Open the internet browser in your mobile device and go to the page https://ats.talentadore.com/m
- Open TalentAdore in your computer and use your mobile device to scan the QR code (go to “User preferences” and open the section called “Password”)
Important! After you have logged into the mobile version, save a shortcut to the page on your device’s “Home” screen or as a bookmark.
You can perform the following actions:
- pre-screen new applications
- leave internal notes
- assign tasks
- change candidate’s status in the recruitment flow
- send emails
- call or message directly from your phone.
The mobile user interface consists of five pages: Home, Positions, Applications, Search, and Settings. The look and feel is similar to the already familiar web version of the solution, nevertheless, it is not designed to perform all actions that are available on the computer. Easy access to the application pool increases efficiency and collaboration among all involved parties. At the same time, quick decision making and rapid communication with both - your colleagues and candidates - leads to reduced application handling time.
