How do I schedule an online interview?

Online interview functionality is powered by the video recruitment platform RecRight. This seamless integration allows you to use TalentAdore calendar for online interview scheduling and, when necessary, save interview recordings. Your colleagues can access recorded interviews from the “Candidate” view and conveniently contribute to the hiring process.

When this functionality is enabled, an option to schedule an online interview appears under “Face-to-face interview” step in the “Candidate” view (see the picture below).

After clicking “Schedule online interview”, the following dialogue opens. Select the time slots that you want to offer. If needed, add new time slots.




TalentAdore system automatically inserts an invitation message and a link for interview booking. The admin users can customize this message template in “Company settings”, section “Status updates”.

When candidates receive the invitation email, they need to follow the link to access the page illustrated below. It is very easy to choose one of the offered times or ask for a new time. 

This is how automatic interview confirmation email looks like from the candidate’s point of view. Again, the admin users can modify the message template in “Company settings”. 

Candidates join the online interview from the link provided in the confirmation email. TalentAdore users join from the “Online interviews” tab in “Candidate” view or from the link in their confirmation email. In case there are multiple interviewers participating, you can define them by clicking the “Modify interviewers” button.

Below is an example of an online interview opened in a browser. Supported desktop browsers: Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Supported mobile browsers: Safari (iPhone/iPad), Firefox and Chrome (Android). 

If needed, you can record the interview for it to be stored in TalentAdore “Candidate” view. Please kindly note that it is possible to record only one video per online interview. On the right side of the screen, you can find a public chat where you can exchange messages with the candidate. You can also take private notes that will appear in the “Candidate” view.

After the online interview has finished, you can access the recording and notes from the “Candidate” view.



It is possible to schedule as many interviews as needed while the candidate is in this step, simply start the process from the beginning to book another face to face or online interview.
