Welcome to the TalentAdore family! It is super easy to start using our Virtual Recruitment Assistant. Follow the four steps below to learn to use our solution and to get the most value out of it.
STEP 1: Sign in to TalentAdore
You have received an invitation email from “support@talentadore.com” with a link to the TalentAdore login page (see the picture below).
To sign in, insert your email address (make sure you use the same email address to which you received the invitation), and the password provided in the invitation email to the page. After that, change your password and you are good to start working!
STEP 2: Configure your personal user preferences
To ensure smooth communication with your colleagues, start with setting up your personal information. Click on your avatar at the top right corner where your email or name and surname are displayed to open the list of “User preferences” (see the picture below).
- User profile - add your picture (it will be visible to other TalentAdore users in the organization), name, surname, email, role, and timezone.
- Password - change your password whenever necessary, especially after logging in for the first time.
- Language - choose the default language of the user interface.
STEP 3: Get to know the user interface
TalentAdore’s user interface for readers consists of three main pages: “Home”, “Positions” and “Applications”.
In addition, at the top right corner you can access “Quick candidate search” and “Notifications”.
“Home” page
On the left side of the page you can see an overview of the recent positions to which you have been granted access. On the right side of the page you can see, e.g. tasks assigned to you and latest applications. You can also access quickly all applications that have been shared with you from the “Applications, shared with me” -button.
“Positions” page
This page shows all positions to which you have been added as a collaborator. On the left side of the page there is a very comprehensive search, which will come in handy when you have been added to multiple positions over a long period of time.
“Applications” page
This page shows all applications that you have access to. Click on each candidate to open the “candidate view”. Get a preview of the application with Overlay view in a new window by clicking anywhere else on the application list view area except the name. The search on the left side will help you find a specific set of candidates, as you can filter based on status, outcome, or recruitment process step, for example. You can also do boolean searches.
STEP 4: Familiarize yourself with candidate view and candidate evaluation
The “candidate view” is split in two to help you do evaluation or write down notes while you are reading the candidate’s documents (see the picture below.)
On the left hand side you can see an overview of the candidate and the information candidate has added to the application form. You can also see the candidate’s CV and Cover letter and other documents on the left side of the page, each document in its own tab.
The right hand side of the page is meant for evaluation. Depending on your access rights, you can leave an overall rating of the candidate, do evaluation on specific requirements, and/or add and read notes of the candidate, so that the other TalentAdore users in your organization can easily see what you thought of the candidate.
The “recruitment flow” (see picture below) indicates the step in which the candidate currently is.
Once handled, each candidate will have an outcome:
- “Hired” - if the candidate is recruited;
- “Rejected” - if the candidate is not recruited;
- “Withdrawn” - if the candidate is no longer willing to take part in the recruitment process.
CONGRATULATIONS! You are now ready to start recruiting with the help of TalentAdore!
