This feature allows all users collaborating on a position to create custom status update messages for a specific position. To create a custom message for a specific position, go to the “Positions” view, choose the relevant position and click on “Custom messages”.
By default, every collaborator who is added to the position and has editing rights (hiring managers, recruiters, admin users) can create and edit “Custom messages”.
Select which message you want to edit from the “Status” drop-down. If necessary rewrite the "Subject" and the whole message. Click outside of the text area to update the preview and see how the message will look like.
Remember that you can use “placeholders” to make the messages more personal. In case you write the whole message by yourself, don't forget to add the placeholder for your signature: [SIGNATURE].
After you are done, click “Save” and start editing a new message!
