How do I delete all data related to a specific candidate?

If you want to remove a single job application, delete it from the “Applications” page. If you want to remove all data related to the specific candidate (including job applications), delete the candidate's profile from the “Talent Community” page. Below we have explained why it has to be done from the “Talent Community”.

Whenever a new candidate applies for a position, our system automatically creates a "Talent info" profile on the "Talent Community" page (in addition to the application on the "Application" page). “Talent info” contains information about all candidate’s applications and history in one place. The system identifies if the candidate is new by checking if their email already exists in TalentAdore. 

Consequently, on the "Talent Community" page you can find all candidates - those who are Talent Community members and those who are not. Tick all filters on the left side of the screen under “Community membership” to see everyone.

Finally, to remove both - the "Talent info" profile and related application(s) - perform the deletion from the "Talent Community" page as indicated in the picture below.
