How do I create RecRight video application?

Video application functionality is powered by video recruitment platform RecRight. Our seamless integration allows you to add one video question to any application form in any position, as illustrated in the picture below.

Create a video application by going to "Positions" page and selecting “Enable video application” from the actions menu (see the picture below). Contact [e-mail] if your organization does not have video feature functionality switched on at the moment. 

The pop-up window illustrated below requires confirmation each time a new video application is created. 

Please check from your organisation’s admin users if you have an ongoing RecRight subscription or a custom package in use. If that is not the case, please reach out to TalentAdore support or your Customer Success Manager directly.

There are four possible ways you can add the video application question: typing, recording video, selecting  video from a library or uploading video from your computer. Leave the “Deadline” field empty if it is not defined yet.

All collaborators involved in the recruitment process can edit the video application. Edits cannot be made after you receive the first answer. 

After you have published the job ad, the candidates will be able to record an answer to the question, and submit it as part of their job application. You will see candidates’ video answers in TalentAdore under application “Overview”.
