How does "Join our Talent Community link" work?

People can express interest in your company prior to applying for a job by self joining your organization’s Talent Community. Copy the link and share it on your company’s website or other communication channels. 

Talents who sign up through “Join our Talent Community link” will automatically become your Talent Community members after filling in their information. Meanwhile, your organization’s admin users will receive email notifications whenever new talents join and continue to engage with them via the “Talent Community” page in TalentAdore. 

How to get started?

Click on “Join our Talent Community link” at the top right corner of the “Talent Community” page to generate the link (see the picture below).

Select at least one Talent Community group to which you would like to add the candidates who will join through the link. If you do not want to assign them to any existing group, you can create a new Talent Community group.

Currently, there are two different links generated: 

• “built-in” leads to the old Talent Community form
• “custom” leads to the new Talent Community form.

Depending on which link you decide to use, our system will work in a little different way. In either case, the link will lead talents to “Join our Talent Community” page and guide talents’ next steps.

Please note that  TalentAdore will phase out the old Talent Community form in the future, thus, we suggest using the second option.

How does the “built-in form” link work? 

This link leads to the “Join our Talent Community” page illustrated below. 

Talents who sign up through the link are directed to the old Talent Community form. After filling in their information, talents will automatically become confirmed members of Talent Community and receive “Welcome to our Talent Community” message. The message is sent in the language indicated in the form.

How does the “custom form” link work? 

This link leads to the “Join our Talent Community” page illustrated below. 

Talents who submit their contact details receive an automatic email requesting to follow a link and fill in the remaining information about them. The message is sent in the language indicated in the form. 

Only after filling in the information, talents become confirmed members of Talent Community and receive the automatic “Welcome to our Talent Community” email.

Content of  “Welcome to our Talent Community” message

You can check and modify the content of the confirmation message that talents receive after filling in the form. You can see this message in “Company settings”, section “Talent Community” as illustrated in the picture below. It has the status “Talent joined Talent Community”.
