“Advanced Analytics” helps the main users and recruiters to discover more in-depth insights related to various recruitment processes, real-time candidate experience, user efficiency, and Talent Community. You can find the advanced analytics on the “Stats” page by scrolling down and clicking on “Try the new Advanced Analytics” button (see the picture below). The page will open in a new tab.
“Filters” are located on the left side of the “Advanced Analytics” page. “Filters” enable you to narrow down metrics by criteria, such as: a specific time range, position, reason for the vacancy, etc. (see the picture below).
First, the “Applications” page will open as illustrated in the picture below. On this page you can see stats related to positions, applications and candidates. For example: the number of positions and applications, time to the first message sent to candidate in a certain position, the average application processing time, and many other metrics.
On this page you can find information on the average candidate experience rating, total number of ratings, open feedback from candidates, and the number of times candidates have submitted open feedback. When you scroll down, you can find a “Feedback word cloud”, which represents the most commonly used keywords from candidates’ feedback.
The purpose of this page is to explore how efficient your company’s users are when it comes to handling recruitments, tasks, feedback, applications, and interviews. The data can be filtered from the filter bar on the left side based on time period and user.
This page contains information about the total number of talents in the ‘“Talent Community” and the number of confirmed talents. Also, you can see the number of referrals received during the selected time period.
By default, the dashboard shows data on your job ads’ source traffic. You can see which devices the candidates were using and from which sources (channels or websites) they came from.
If you’d like to have something else in your dashboard in addition to the source traffic metrics, you can request a custom dashboard, which would contain blocks from your “Advanced Analytics” pages. This way, you can see the metrics you follow the most in one glance in your dashboard. If you’d like to request a custom dashboard, please contact us at email@example.com.
