In this guide we explain how to use the Candidate Introduction feature. With the Candidate Introduction feature you can neatly compile information about the top candidates to share with individuals within or outside your organization. In case your organization doesn’t have this feature enabled, please contact support@talentadore.com for more information.
Vocabulary related to Candidate Introduction:
- Collaborator = A TalentAdore user who has been assigned as a collaborator to a Candidate Introduction. The collaborator has access to edit the introduction/information.
- Recipient = The user that has been shared a Candidate Introduction. The recipient can not edit the information.
Where can I find Candidate Introductions?
Both collaborators and recipients can find the candidate introductions from TalentAdore’s “Home” page. In the “Collaborations” section you can see the introductions in which you’re a collaborator and in the “Received” section you can see the introductions that have been shared with you. See the image below.
How do I create a new Candidate Introduction?
First, go to the “Applications” page and select the candidates you want to include in the introduction. After selecting the candidates, click “Introduce candidates” and “Create candidate introduction”. See the image below.
When creating the introduction, you can define what information is shared about the candidates, the visual look and to whom the introduction is shared with. Remember to indicate the expiration date of the introduction and write a short message for your recipients. See the image below.
From the “Preview” button you can see how the candidate introduction will appear for the recipients. See the image below.
Before sending the introduction, you can write comments about every candidate and/or use the “Candidate description” tab to write a short pitch about each candidate. See the image below.
When the introduction is ready, you can send it to the recipients from the “Share introduction” button. See the image below.
In the next step, you can select the recipient and collaborators. If a recipient sends a message via the introduction, an email notification will be sent to all the collaborators. See the image below.
